This is the project of a high-performance and sustainable residential and commercial building complex (class A). 
It was presented during the convention of “Architetture bio-sostenibili nel rispetto delle tradizioni locali” (Eco-friendly architecture respecting local tradition), which was held on 18 February 2011in Loro Ciuffenna, near Arezzo, at the headquarters of Unione Comuni del Pratomagno (Association of the municipalities of Pratomagno).
